Today, I will get a chance to train with amazing coaches and players. I am going to try to focus on the process and my intentions today, as I succeeded in that yesterday and it helped me a lot.

I have an obligation to my parents, my coaches, and my future self to give my full effort and focus. No matter how I am playing, I will work on doing what the coaches are telling me and being locked in.

I will focus on enjoying getting better and learning instead of focusing on how I am playing. Only rarely do I play amazing, so I should practice how I will deal with playing OK. I will keep strong, confident body language and I will be hungry to learn.

My coaching voice will remind me that I don't focus on winning, I focus on the things over which I have control. Situations don't control me, I control my emotional response to pressure, tough times, and problems. I will become excited when problems come my way today because I will get an opportunity to improve my problem-solving skills.
